Obama to speak at Nanoscale College instead | News

The Capital Region is still gearing up for the visit of Barack Obama on Tuesday. There has been a slight change to the schedule. The president will now tour the College of Nanoscale Technologies.

Sources in Washington tell us, President Obama will speak at UAlbany's Nanotech College, Tuesday, instead of at Global Foundries.

We're told representatives from Global Foundries will be in Albany for the visit.

This will be the third time the president has visited our area to talk about economic issues.
