Travelers could experience delays at Albany International Airport Tuesday | News

ALBANY – Albany International Airport is advising travelers with flights leaving between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. Tuesday, May 8 that they may encounter delays due to the president’s visit.

Travelers should consider allowing additional time to reach the airport, to park and to reach the terminal. Some flights may encounter short delays during the arrival and departure of Air Force One.

The airport shuttle bus service from E-Lot to the terminal will be delayed for a short time during the arrival and departure of Air Force One and travelers are being advised to consider parking in the airport parking garage if there is space of in the long term parking lot next to the parking garage.

Traditional points around the airport usually used by the public to view aircraft landings and take offs will be closed Tuesday.
