Motorists advised of closed roadways due to presidential visit | News

Motorists are being advised that certain roadways will be closed Tuesday, May 8 due to the president’s visit.

The following roadways and routes will be closed on Tuesday from approximately 12 p.m. to 3 p.m.

- Interstate 90 in the City of Albany from Exit 24 (Thruway) to Exit 4 in both east and west directions.

- Washington Avenue extension from the Exit 2 (UALBANY) on ramp to Crossgates Mall.

- Fuller Road from Great Dane Avenue to Railroad Avenue.

The roads are being closed for security purposes and state police advise that motorists should make every effort to avoid these locations.
