Colonie man with 5 alcohol related convictions gets prison time | News
COLONIE - A repeat offender with five alcohol related convictions will spend up to three year years in prison.
Fifty-seven-year-old Michael Lamanna of Colonie was sentenced Tuesday. He pleaded guilty back in May to felony DWI.
Prosecutors say he had a blood alcohol level of .33 percent when he was arrested back in March.
