Siena Research Poll: Real estate marketing looking up | News
LOUDONVILLE - The tide seems to be turning in the real estate market in the Capital Region.
That's according to the latest Siena Research Institute Poll, released Wednesday morning. It shows the overall market appraisal is in its best over the past 10 quarters.
Researchers say it appears that more people are looking to buy a house.
