A multi-car crash tied up traffic along already busy Central Avenue during afternoon rush hour on Wednesday.

Assistant Fire Chief Matt Redick said "I was on the road so i didn't see the initial accident happen but when i pulled up there were cars and pieces all over Central Avenue.
